How to do
Grate the tomato and cook it in olive oil together with parsley for 2-3 minutes.
Add hot water; when it begins to boil ,add the rolled oats.
Cook it at low heat until oats are tender.
If the soup is too thick, you may add some water.
Bon appetite for our little babies!
If you wish you may thin it with a blender.
Keep in Mind
Oats are rich in protein, fibers, mineral salts, vitamins and high amounts of group B vitamins.
If possible use organic oatmeal instead of rolled oats.
