How to do
Grate the onion, potato and carrot and sauté with a little oil (you may cut all vegetables in cubes if you like).
Add the cube artichokes and then peas and finally the grated tomato.
Season it with salt and black pepper slightly.
Add hot water and simmer until artichokes are soft.
Then place the dish on a baking tray, sprinkle plenty of fresh kashar cheese on top and bake it until cheese is deep golden brown.
Lovely and nutritious… Bon appetite!
Since my husband is not a fan of vegetables, I added some mince to the recipe but you can remove it if you like.
My daughter who expresses her dislike of artichoke ate this willingly because of the kashar cheese on top :)
