How to do

Cauliflower shall be boiled in water for approximately 20 minutes.
Drain the water and set it aside.
Melt the butter and add the chopped scallion.
Add flour and continue to stir until it turns a light golden color.
Add the milk .
Avoid pouring the entire milk.
Add it gradually.
Continue to whisk until you get a very smooth mixture.
It is almost like making a béchamel sauce.
Place the cauliflowers in a baking tray, spread the béchamel sauce on top and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
Bake at 180 degrees until it is bubbling.
The sauce and the parmesan will add lovely flavors to your healthy dish. A new favorite for your little gourmet… Bon appetite!

Warnings

Cauliflower is another food that may cause gas problems.
So Gurme Bebek advises parents not to serve cauliflower to their little ones before month 8.
