How to do

Preheat your oven to 220 degrees.
Place baking paper on the tray.
Combine chicken breast, onion and chopped asparagus.
In another bowl mix the yogurt with eggs, flour and parmesan cheese.
Spread the chicken mixture on the tray; pour the milk and egg sauce over it.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese when the dish is about to cook.
After adding the cheese, bake for 5 more minutes.
You should pluck the sprouts on asparagus for this recipe.
