How to do
Preheat your oven at 180 degrees.
Peel off the skin of garlic, but keep the top layer on each clove.
Cut the ends with a knife.
Wait for 10 minutes.
Place baking paper on a tray and the garlic on top and spray oil.
Bake for 40 minutes at pre-heated oven.
When the cloves are soft, they are ready for use.
