How to do
Soak fine bulgur in hot water and let it swell a little.
Add grated tomato and onion, tomato paste, parsley and mix the ingredients.
Then add the mince, egg, salt and spices and roll by hand.
Then place the meatballs on a small Pyrex and press a little on top.
Bake it for 45 minutes at 150 degrees.
