How to do
Depending on the amount of mince you will use, knead the cracked wheat and grated onions; combine them and roll it with your hands to make small meatballs. Coat them with some flour sprinkled on a plate and sauté them in olive oil.
Cube the cut carrot, potato, beetroot and a fewf of its stalks and leaves. Combine these in another bowl, add it to meatballs in the pan and mix them well.
