How to do

In a small bowl, combine rice flour and water at room temperature.
Stir the mixture at medium heat and bring it to boil.
After it begins to boil, reduce the heat and cook for 5-8 minutes.
Take it off the stove, transfer the mix to a bowl and wait for it to cool down a little.
Now it’s time to enjoy it with your little gourmetJ Bon Appetite!

Tips

Water should not be hot otherwise rice will form lumps.
You have to stir it continuously while cooking.
This dish does not require a long cooking time.
If it is too thick, add some cold water during cooking and continue to stir.
Don't forget that your pudding will be thicker when it cools down.
So it should be a little fluid when you take it off the stove.
If your baby has just started solids, you may increase the amount of water to keep it more fluid.
There is no harm in cooking it with extra water.
If you think the amount of water you used was too much, no problem; just cook it for one or two more minutes.

Warnings

If you are going to grind the brown rice flour yourself, always wash the brown rice thoroughly.
Don't forget that rice is grown in paddy fields with mud.
After washing it thoroughly, place it on a cloth and dry it.
Wait until it is completely dry.
Then add the rice and grind it with a food processor.
