How to do

Grate the onion.
Add some oil in the pot.
When it is hot, add the grated carrots in.
A few minutes later, add the chopped onion. Cook it a little more.
Add the brussell sprouts and stir it well.
Add the grated tomato.
Cook a little further.
Add the washed and strained rice and mince you crumbled with your hands.
Add just enough water (rule of thumb).
Put on the lid and wait for all the ingredients to cook until tender. Enjoy this healthy and delicious dish. Bon Appetite!
