How to do

Grate an onion, add chopped green pepper and handful of liver (with membrane carefully removed) washed and chopped in cubes. Sauté those in a pan with a small amount of liquid oil and add a tablespoon of butter.
After adding 1,5 glass of granted tomato and salt, add one glass of washed bulgur. On top add1,5 and 2 glasses of boiled water and cook at low heat until the water is absorbed.

Warnings

If I am not wrong, it is recommended that liver is fed to babies after month 8, so be careful when adding liver to your bulgur pilaf.
