How to do
Cauliflower is cleaned and steamed.
(I steam it to maintain its vitamin content but if you don't have the required tools, you may boil it in water.)
When it cools down a little, mash it and combine it with other ingredients.
Flour amount may differ depending on the size of cauliflower or eggs.
It should not flow out of the spoon; yet it should be possible to shape it with your hands.
Fry a spoon size mixture in a nonstick pan with small amount of oil.
After it cools down a little, you may put it in the freezer and eat the remaining portion. It’s time to enjoy this yummy and healthy dish. Bon Appetite!
