How to do

Boil or steam the cauliflower al dante.
Mash it a little after it is cooked, place it in a pan and crack approximately 5 eggs on it (number of eggs may change according to the size of the cauliflower).
Add salt and also black pepper if you like.
Pop out the yolks and wait a little while for it to cook.
Avoid mixing the cauliflowers and make sure that the egg covers the whole pan.
You may serve it when it is fully cooked like an omelet. Bon Appetite!

Keep in Mind

I don’ add oil to this dish but you may drizzle some olive oil after it is cooked in order to add some flavor or to meet daily olive oil need of your baby.
