How to do

Chop the potatoes.
Add the mince; combine the ingredients with 1 glass of water and bring to boil.
Add 2 chard leaves and semolina; cook until it comes to boil.
When it is cooked, add  1 tablespoon of olive oil and process it in a food processor.  Now it’s time to enjoy this delicious and healthy dish with your little gourmet. Bon Appetite!

Warnings

Please note that you should wash your hands thoroughly after contact with raw meat.
This way cross contamination will be prevented.

Keep in Mind

Chard is a good source of iron.
Therefore don't over-boil it in order to maintain its iron content.
Experienced mothers and many doctors recommend lamb as it is exposed to fewer drugs, foreign substances and less pollution.
