How to do

Add the flour, salt, egg and yogurt in the pot.
With a beater, whisk all the ingredients until you get a smooth mixture.
Add water and mint to the ingredients and boil it by stirring it at medium heat.
Add 1,5 glass of couscous to the soup that is already boiling.
Cook it at medium heat for 10 more minutes and then thin it with a blender if you like.

Couscous contains gluten and wheat flour. Therefore we don’t recommend serving it to children and babies younger than 8 months old, who have gluten allergy.
Use only the yolk of the egg for babies younger than 1 year old.
