How to do

Sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic in a little olive oil. Then add the grated carrot and tomato. When they’re cooked a little add the lentils, cracked wheat and any finely chopped herb you like. Then add some hot water. Cook until the mixture absorbs the whole water.
