How to do

Whisk one egg yolk with a few drops of olive oil, one tablespoon of whole wheat flour and some water. Fry both sides on a butter-free pan.
Spread butter on some bites; serve some bites with cheese or just serve it plain.


Crepe or omelet...
You can adjust its water and flour amount depending on what kind of taste and appearance you expect while cooking.

We made this up for breakfast and the little gourmets love it!
