How to do

Remove the membrane of the lamb liver and wash it on strain.
Pour 1 glass of water to a small pot.
Add chopped carrot, potato and livers.
Add garlic and bay leaf to this mixture and let it boil.
Check after 20-25 minutes and take the pot off the stove.
Remove the bay leaf.
Depending on the chewing skills of your baby, add the other ingredients (a pinch of cinnamon, 1 dessert spoon of olive oil, 1 slice of kashar cheese, optional) and mash it with a fork or process it in food processor and it is ready to serve.
