How to do

Add bulgur to boiling water.
In another pan steam the potato, tomato and the onion and just when they’re about to boil, add cube winter squashes.
After boiling all for a very short time, add bulgur in and braise the mixture.
Add the mince and parsley.
When the ingredients are cooked, mash it with a fork or using a food processor.
Then turn off the heat, add some olive oil and serve it to your baby when it’s nice and warm.

Warnings

This recipe contains tomato and note that tomato should not be given to babies that are younger than the age of 1.
If your baby is younger than 1, remove the tomato and prepare the remaining ingredients in the recipe.
