How to do
Finely grate the winter squash.
Put it in a pan, add the raisins and chopped dried apricots and semolina on it and top it with water.
Cook it at low heat until it’s tender.
Mash it with a fork or put it in a food processor after it’s cooked.
Add the dried fruits and serve it to your little gourmet! Enjoy!
