How to do

Cube-cut the ingredients.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in the pot, add all the ingredients and cover it with just enough water. Cook the mix in at low heat for 25-30 minutes. If you like you may thin it with a blender.
Actually when you are done cooking, the vegetables will be really tender.
So babies and children with teeth will be able to eat it very easily.

Tips

I think red bell pepper adds a great flavor to this dish.
But if you can't find sweet pepper, you may use tomato instead, depending on the season.

Generally I cook the dish in steel casting pot, as I believe that it is healthier. And I must say that the dish cooked in iron pots tastes different than the ones cooked in regular pots.
