How to do
Steam the tunny fish.
After it has cooled down, shred it, mix it with other ingredients in a large pot and knead it.
Fry it slightly in a frying pan.
You can store the remaining paddies in the freezer without frying.
Take them out of the freezer at any time and fry slightly after thawing. A delicious and healthy dish is onits way!
If this is the first time that you give fish to your baby, we advise you to start with white meat fish.
Keep in Mind
Omega 3 EPA and DHA content of fish is not available in any other food and they are crucial for healthy nutrition of babies and children. Please note that they should be consumed twice a week.
