How to do
After you clean and dry the fish, place it in the pan and pour vegetable stock until a little over the content.
Add the bay leaf and cook at a low heat; 8-10 minutes of boiling will be enough.
(make sure the fish is cooked).
Mix the cooked fish with vegetable puree and add butter and parsley.
You may use fish broth to dilute the mixture. Now enjoy this delicious dish, bringing the breeze of the lovely seas...
You may store it in the fridge for 2 days in a sealed container or make fish paddies with the remaining puree, dip it in flour and fry it in butter. Bon Appetit!
