How to do
Heat oil in the pan, slightly roast the onions and then add the flour.
Continue to fry and then add water.
Add the grated carrot, potato and chopped celery.
When the mixture starts to boil, add the fish and bay leaf.
10 minutes later, remove the fish, clean the bones and put it in the pan again.
Add salt and serve it. There is really noone a nice, warm and healthy soup wouldn’t cheer up... So, enjoy!

You may use a food processor to mix it.
