How to do
First we poach the salmon with 1 bay leaf.
After poaching it, we strain its water to avoid any fish bones.
Then we add small chunks of potato, onion, carrot and boiled rice to boil.
Just before they boil, we add celery leaf and dill and make the mixture come to a boil.
We shred the salmon that has cooled down.
The reason for shredding is to find any remaining bones.
After shredding we place the salmons into the pan and mash them with a blender without turning it into a paste (for chewing habit, it is important to keep it in chunk form).
You can add a little more water and boil it further depending on its thickness.
