How to do

Break and whisk the eggs; add milk, yogurt and oil and stir. Top it with leeks, feta cheese, a little olive oil and olives.
Rest the mixture for five minutes.
Blend the gluten-free flour and the baking powder in another bowl.
Add this mixto the egg mixture that has been waiting aside and stir with a wooden spoon without whisking it too much.
Pour the mixture into molds and bake for 20-25 minutes at 150 degrees.
 

Tips

Fill half of the muffin molds; the cake will rise when baked and it’ll reach the right size.
You may pre-heat the oven but don't rush the cooking and make sure the stuffing is cooked well.

You may add scallions instead of dill.
