How to do

Add 250 ml of water to a small saucepan and then add the carrot and zucchini you washed, peeled and grated.
When vegetables are soft, add the hopped parsley and dill.
After turning off the heat, add breast milk, olive oil and stir.
Strain it with a wire-mesh strainer.


Make sure to add olive oil and breast milk at the end of the cooking process so that you maintain their full nutritional value.


Always consult your doctor about the foods you will introduce your baby for the first time for any possible allergy risks and  follow the three-day waiting rule.

Keep in Mind

If you can't decide what to do with breast milks you stored, this soup will be a perfect way to make use of them. Furthermore babies will easily adapt to it as there is breast milk in it!
