Benefits of avocado

On top of that fat content of avocado is very similar to the fat content of breast milk.

You can introduce avocado to your little gourmet around months of 4 and 6. During his first years your baby needs carbohydrates and fat to grow. At this point benefits of avocado comes to your rescue. You can keep it by all the time while introducing various foods to your child. You can mash it and add it to peaches, pears, bananas or yoghurt.

Keep in mind

You should pick avocados with dark green skin. It is better to avoid very soft ones. If you keep hard avocados at room temperature for a couple of days, they will easily soften.
