How to do

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
Whisk the sugar, vanilla and butter at room temperature (reserve one spoon of vanilla) until the mixture is soft.
Then add the egg, flour and cinnamon; continue to whisk.
Roll out the dough that you have prepared between two baking papers and flatten it with a rolling pin. Place it on baking tray along with the baking paper at the bottom.
Bake the cookie dough until it's golden brown and solid (10-15 minutes).
Whisk 250 gr. mild cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 teaspoon of vanilla and grounded hazelnut with a beater.
Top the dough with this mixture that you have prepared.
Peel off the fruits’ skin, slice them and use these to decorate the cake.
