How to do

Soak the lentils overnight.
Strain the lentils.
Discard the water you used to soak the lentils.
Take the lentils in a small pot.
Cover it with about three fingers extra water and boil it until it is cooked well.
Don't let the lentils absorb all water.
If necessary, add some more water.
Add bulgur to the lentil and put the lid on for bulgur to swell.
Sauté finely chopped onion, garlic, tomato paste and parsley.
When bulgur swells, add the mixture in the pan and mix gently.
When the ingredients are mixed thoroughly, form them into balls.

Tips

Don't use too much water at the beginning; you may add it later if necessary.
If excessive water is used, lentil balls will be too soft.
In order for little gourmets to grab the balls with their fingers comfortably, lentil balls need to have a little thick consistency.
