How to do

Place the vegetables and garlic on baking paper .
Fold the paper like an envelope and cover it.
Bake for half an hour at 180 degrees by checking it occasionally  
Whisk salt, olive oil and tangerine juice and prepare the sauce
Take the vegetables in a serving bowl and pour the sauce while it is still hot.
Serve after it cools down a little. Lovely way to serve a healthy mix of vegetables… Bon appetite!

Tips

The tip here is the tangerine juice and olive oil sauce.
Tangerine is both a sweet and sour juice and boosts the flavors of vegetables.
Depending on palate of your baby, you may increase the amount of tangerine juice or add some lemon if you like it a little bit more sour.
It will be a great finger food.
You can also serve it as side to main dishes.
 

Warnings

Don't add tangerine juice when you will prepare this recipe for babies under 1 year old. Always consult your doctor about the foods you introduce your baby for the first time and  follow the three-day waiting rule .
