How to do

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Grease the baking tray with butter.
Spread the filo pastry in an even layer.
Press it with your hands and cut the remaining parts outside the tray.
Using a knife, spread a thin layer of olive paste on the pastry, but make sure the pastry isn’t teared down.
Spread the second layer of pastry on top, press it, cut the remaining parts and then cut the pastry layers into nice little squares.
Place the tray in the middle part of the oven.
Cook until the top part is tender.
Remove the tray from oven.
Wait until it is cooled down.
Prepare and cook the other two pastries in the same way.
Remove squares that you’ve cut off carefully.
Put an avocado dip or any dip you like in the center of a serving platter.
Place the pastry cuts around the platter. That’s it, ready to be served! Your little one will love these yummy chips! Since they’re called Mom Chips, you have every right to be proud of yourself. Go on and take some credit for yourself for cheering your little one so well!
