How to do
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Combine flour, sodium bicarbonate, salt and oatmeal.
Butter should be whisked until white. Then add sugar and continue to whisk.
Whisk and add the eggs one by one.
Add the hazelnut paste.
Mix at lowest mix level and gradually add oat mixture.
And finally add the raisins.
Mix with a spoon.
Wrap it with a plastic wrap and keep it in the fridge for 5 hours.
Slice it and place it side by side on the baking tray over baking paper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Butter will spread as cookies are baked.

You may make hazelnut paste at home as well.
Bake 200-gram raw hazelnut for 10-15 minutes and remove the skins and process it well in the food processor with a few spoons of castor sugar and oil (preferably hazelnut oil) .
It will stiffen and become crispy as it cools down.
Serve it to your babies depending on their chewing skills.
