How to do

Peel off the onion’s skin and slice it in rings.
Put the whole wheat flour in a freezer bag, add in the onions and shake it.
This way, onions will be coated with flour.
Place the freezer bag full of onion rings in the fridge for 20 minutes.
In a bowl, combine bread crumbles with wheat germ.
Immerse the onion rings you’ve taken out of the fridge to yogurt first and then to bread crumbles and wheat germ.
Bake for 10 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees.
After you bake one side, turn it around to cook the other side for 10 minutes.

Warnings

Due to their natural fat content, whole grains become bug-infested much earlier than their processed equivalents.
Be careful about the storage conditions of whole grains.
