How to do

Chop 4 onions and finely chop the scallion.
Sauté the very thin onions until they waste away.
Add the cube-cut red bell pepper, black currant and pine kernel; then add the chestnuts that we boiled and removed the skin off.
In another bowl, combine the swollen rice, add black currant and mix the ingredients well. Pour this mixture in a pan, add 3 glasses of hot water and cook it on the lowest heat possible.
Put the meat in a Pyrex and cook it in preheat oven at 250 degrees until juices run clear and finally sprinkle salt on it.  If you like, you may also sprinkle some thyme, mint or red pepper flakes over the meat. When the rice is cooked, place it on the center of a plate surrounded with the cooked meat and decorate the pilaf with chopped dill.
This is a very delicious pilaf that your baby and whole family will enjoy. Bon Appetite!
