How to do
Bring water to boil.
When it comes to boil, add vinegar and salt.
Wash the shell of the egg.
Crack the egg in a ladle.
Insert the ladle in the water.
Slowly turn the ladle upside down and drop the egg in the water.
Cook it until egg yolk is boiled.
Add olive oil on a pan, top it with grated red bell pepper and cook it.
Sprinkle salt on it.
