How to do

Sauté the finely chopped onions in olive oil.
Add the mince and cook it until it’s brown.
Add the washed and chopped  purslane; also the tomatoes.
Add the cracked wheat and salt right before vegetables are cooked.
When cracked wheat is cooked, turn off the stove.
