How to do
Bring 1 liter of water to boil; add in the salt, olive oil and bone broth cubes.
Wash and drain 3 tablespoons of rice and add it to the pot.
Grate the carrot and zucchini using the grater's side with small holes.
Add them to boiling water.
Grate the onion and add it to boiling water as well.
Don't stir the soup for 5 minutes.
(If we do, the soup will start smelling like onion)
Let it simmer at low heat until all the ingredients are cooked.
Finally separate the egg white and the yolk.
Whisk the egg white well to avoid clumps.
Then add some salt in the egg white and whip it.
Then add in the egg yolk and whisk.
Add yogurt as well and whisk again.
Take a spoonful of the boiling soup, add it to the yogurt mix, make it tepid and pour this mixture into the soup.
You don't need to boil it; the soup's heat is enough to cook all the ingredients.

Usually the sauce is made from egg yolk but I preferred to add the egg white as well.
The important thing to be careful about is to whisk the egg white well.
