How to do

Remove the stones from the rice and wash it well. Fill half of the cooking pot with water and bring it to boil until rice is cooked.
In another cooking pot, boil the liver. Then clean the boiled liver, chop it finely and add 1 teacup of liver to the rice.
Add chicken broth (a little more than 1 glass) and cook the soup at low heat.
If there is no chicken broth available, you may add some butter. Also to spice it up, you may add turmeric.
