How to do

Place the winter squash and butter in a pan and cook it for 10 minutes at low heat until it is tender.
If the winter squash is a little dry, you may add small amount of water while cooking.
Add butter on the frying pan, add the onion and garlic and roast them a little.
Add the washed rice.
Roast the rice by stirring it a couple of times and then add hot chicken broth.
Cook it at low heat and simmer until it absorbs the water.
Add and mix the winter squash puree with your rice.
If your baby is older than 10 months, you may grate parmesan cheese on it and serve it. It will be yummy!
You may turn it into puree for your little babies.
