How to do

Place the red bell peppers on a baking paper laid over a baking tray.
When the peppers are done, remove from the oven.
Peel off the peppers’ skins and remove the seeds.
You can thin it with a blender.
This is a great finger food for your baby.
You can spread it on a slice of bread and serve it to your baby; you may add some olive oil and cheese before processing it with a blender.

Warnings

If you are worried about whether pepper is sweet or bitter, we advise you to use sweet bell peppers.
Sweet bell peppers are free of capsaicin, which gives the pepper its heat.
