How to do
Wash the zucchini (or celery), peel off the skin and grate it with the small holes of the grater.
Put the vegetables, yogurt, egg, flour and rice in a pot and stir them.
Add beef/chicken broth and turn on the heat.
Stir it continuously until the soup begins to boil.
Add some butter.
Cook it at low heat until rice is soft.
Add dry mint at the end.

Warnings
There is egg in this recipe.
As egg white may be harmful for babies under 1 year old, separate the egg white and use only the egg yolk.
Keep in Mind
Your baby may dislike feeling the mint in his mouth.
So you may pass it through sieve and thin it with your hand and use only the dust remaining.
