How to do

Cut the stems of the chard and wash it well.
Immerse the leaves in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
Put the cracked wheat in a bowl and add equal amount of hot water.
Add all the ingredients one by one.
Mince, grated tomato, tomato paste, parsley, dill, salt, black pepper and some oil…
Combine all ingredients and knead smoothly.
Split the chard leaves vertically; place the mixture you have prepared at the center of the leaves.
Fold it as you wish and place it in a cooking pot.
Add some hot water and place a plate over it; cook for maximum 10 minutes.
Serve it with garlic yogurt and some butter.

Tips

When you remove the chard leaves from the boiling water, immerse them in cold water immediately.
This will help refresh the leaves.
 

Warnings

Stuffed chard is a dish that babies can eat by themselves, so you may serve it to babies older than 1 year old.
Tomato is an allergenic food.
For children younger than the age of 1 and for hypersensitive children, remove the tomato and tomato paste from the recipe.
