How to do
Add the tarhana in the cooking pot and add cold water on it. After it melts a little, turn on the heat.
Than grate any vegetables on the list one by one or in combinations; add them to the pot.
Add a little mince and cook at low heat by continuously stirring.
When the vegetables are cooked and have reached the desired consistency, take them off the stove and process them in a food processor.
You may add water and boil it further depending on its consistency.
