How to do
Sauté the onions, celery and carrots in a pan.
Add the tomatoes and some of the chicken broth.
Bring the mix to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.
Add the remaining broth and rice.
Cook for another 20 minutes.
When sautéing foods like onion, carrot and celery, be careful not to burn them.
Just cook them until they’re tender; this would be enough for the little gourmets.
