How to do
Wash the cracked wheat and soak it overnight in 300 ml water.
Cook it next day within the same water.
When the wheat cracks and gets cooked, add the oatmeal and cook for another 5 minutes.
Process the mix with grains in a food processor.
Steam or cook the vegetables with a little water and then mash them.
If you wish, you may use a sieve to pass the vegetables through.
Add the vegetables to the grain mixture you have prepared.
Add the oil and that’s it! Your yummy and healthy vegetable soup is now ready to serve.
Keep in Mind
You may use just oatmeal as well.
