How to do

Grate the onion, potato, zucchini and squeeze the extra juice out.
Add the other ingredients and knead.
Take small portions in the size of a walnut and round them with your hands.
Fry both sides in a nonstick pan.
Serve it to your little gourmets; mothers will enjoy this lovely dish as wellJ Bon Appetite!


After vegetables are grated, the extra juice must be squeezed out otherwise the meatball mixture will be too juicy. The mixture doesn’t have to be as stiff as a regular meatball mixture.


If your baby is under one year old, use only the yolk of the egg.

Keep in Mind

Keep in mind that this recipe will be very delicious if you add mince and garlic as well.
You may add all the spices that your baby loves.
