How to do

Bring the milk to boil.
Add a few drops of lemon inside when it begins to boil and stir the milk a few times.
Turn off the heat, put the lid on and set it aside for 2,5 - 3 hours.
Then pour the mixture in a clean cheesecloth or similar cloth and let it strain.
When it is fully strained, keep it in the fridge for 1 hour.
Ready to enjoy! Please note that it will last for 3-4 days in average.
 

Keep in Mind

When we are cooking it for ourselves, we can add 2 spoons of butter and a pinch of salt after we take it off the stove.
It will taste really good...
We can have it for pastry and at breakfast.
When the curdling stops, you may add all kinds of flavors to it. Bon Appetite!
