How to do

Boil the zucchini with small amount of water.
Then sauté onions in olive oil.
In another bowl, combine yogurt and flour, with zucchini juice.
Add zucchini to the pot and sauté together with onions for a little more.
Then pour the yogurt mix on it.
Adjust the consistency by adding beef or chicken broth.
Right before taking the pot of the stove you may add a dash of mint.
