How to do
Wet the ice bars and add in the grounded hazelnut, almond, walnut or pumpkin seed.
In another bowl combine the fresh or dried fruit puree with yogurt.
Add honey or molasses and pour the mixture into the ice bars.
Place sticks on them and put them in the freezer.

For babies younger than 1 year old or for babies that have allergies, remove dried fruits from the recipe.
