How to do

Cut the root of the bunch of asparagus and cut it in small slices.
Sautee the half onion in olive oil; add 2 cups of hot water and cook.
Whisk 1 glass of milk, 2 spoons of flour and some wheat gem in a bowl.
Add a little nut meg into the mixture.
Add the mixture into the asparagus you have  processed with a blender.
Add some butter and mild cream cheese in it and bring it to boil.
 

Tips

Add the chicken broth prepared in advance, if you like.
